New CNC 'cut to length' and drill services for continuous hinge

F A Parkes now offers a 'cut to length' and machining service for continuous hinge for any length up to 800 mm, solving a regular problem found by users.

Our CNC machining facility enables extremely accurate dimensioning of +/- 0.05 mm between centers and for the machining of holes, countersinks or slots at any position over the entire length to the same accuracy.

We carry a wide range of stock material hinge blanks in mild steel, stainless steel, brass and aluminum all of which can be machined in the above method to your requirements, quickly and accurately.

Any quantity from 'one offs' upwards can be produced in an 'lead time busting' less than 1 week turnaround, (significantly shorter than the industry norm) our fully scaleable production is managed by leading edge 'ERP' system ensuring consistent operation and supply with open visibility to our customers.

We also offer a 'JIT' next day delivery service for agreed call off schedules for an even more attractive solution to your continuous hinge requirements.

Call us today to discuss your application and discover how FA Parkes can give you a competitive solution for custom machined continuous hinge.
